Jen & Brian's Wedding in Jackson Square

A couple of weekend's ago, I drove down to New Orleans to photograph Jen & Brian's wedding.  This was my first time meeting either of them.  I was a little nervous until Ashley, one of the bridesmaids, got us stuck in the elevator at the Westin.  I'm only kidding Ashley.  It was actually someone else in the elevator that caused the stall.  Being stuck in an elevator for several minutes only moments from meeting a bride for the first time will either make your nerves shoot through the roof or, as in my case, relax them.  After that it was smooth sailing.  Their ceremony was in Jackson Square followed by their reception at Pat O'Brien's.  I had a great time meeting Jen, Brian, their friends, and families.  Oh and to make their wedding even more special was the fact that it was the night of the "supermoon;" an event that only happens every 18 years!
