Anita's Bridal Portraits - Ruston, LA

I just photographed Anita and Philip's wedding this past Saturday so now I can post some of her bridal portraits.  Our first session rescheduled due to the threat of rain.  Of course in Ruston when there's a threat of rain, we never see it.  There was a 10% chance of rain the day of the shoot and we managed one pose outside before it began to storm.  We ran inside to wait out the rain and wind.  I was lacking a decent background indoors so I resorted to some technical lighting skills to make lemonade out of lemons.  The rain passed and the wind subsided long enough for us to run outside to get a few shots.  Anita's one request was a bridal portrait at sunset.  She proudly displayed the final photograph as a 20x30 gallery wrapped canvas at her reception.  Special thanks to upcoming photographer, Michael Butler, for his lighting assistance.
